Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious and newly renovated rooms with lovely balconies, although soundproofing is not as effective as promoted. The service from the staff members is exceptional, with friendly and helpful interactions throughout my stay. The location is convenient, especially for those with a car, although noise disturbances from neighboring rooms were a downside. The dining options could be improved, but the grilled meats were a highlight. Overall, a well-located hotel with great service and room features.
The hotel provided a good stay overall with spacious and recently renovated rooms, albeit being situated above a pub and lacking windows. The location was convenient for medical treatment near Wollongong private hospital, despite being in close proximity to a railway station. The dining experience offered breakfast options, and the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel is conveniently located for work commitments and close to shopping centers. It's super close to the train station, which is handy, but the rooms facing the street lacked windows and desk space. Overall, a good spot for quick stops, but noise from passing guests can be bothersome.
The hotel has lovely amenities in the rooms, a pretty good internet connection, and a sweet little balcony off the room giving glimpses of the ocean at dinner time. However, being located close to the stairs meant all guests passing by could be noisy at times. The bathroom boasted excellent high-class finishes.
